Orihuela Costa – Montegolf nice Holiday House

This lovingly decorated terraced house is used by a couple as a holiday home for a few weeks in the year. They have made sure that everything is always very well maintained. The house will be sold completely with all furniture. The terrace in front of the entrance to the apartment was glazed in and can be used as  a dining room. The large sun terrace 50 sqms was partly covered with an awning and the expanded sites where also partly closed as protection against the wind. For the terrace furniture was a storeroom built. From the living room to the left you have the American kitchen with access to the storeroom for to store there your shopping. The living room was equipped with satellite TV. The bath is left of the hallway behind the kitchen with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Behind the bath is the smaller of the two bedrooms which at the time is used as a 2nd TV-room. There is a sofa bed. The master bedroom is situated in front. It has two single beds and side tables with a built-in wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet location with an international neighborhood. For letting this house is ideally situated. It is located in the middle
of 3 golf courses and close to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in this area. Also it is easy to enjoy a nice meal because of a big choice of restaurants. In the vicinity there are many, supermarkets and banks. A visit worthwhile!
